Prophet Dennis Wade

     My wife, Deborah, and I have been married for 47 years and are parents of three daughters, one daughter-in-law, one son, one son-in-law, and two grandchildren.  I was raised in a traditional Baptist family.  During my second year at The Ohio State University in 1976, I was water-baptized again at the Bible Way Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ Church. Within days after my water baptism, I received the baptism of the Holy Spirit. We served in various ministries as members of Bible Way for several years. I accepted the calling to ministry from Isaiah 6 in 1978. I earned a Bachelor of Education degree in 1979 from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio, and a Master of Education degree in 2004 from Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia. 

     In 1982, The Lord directed my wife Deborah and me to attend Rhema Christian Center in Columbus, Ohio where we have served for over 40 years. During my walk with the Lord, I have served as a custodian, Sunday School Teacher, choir member, Elder, worship leader, service speaker, and executive board member.  In addition, I have taught courses on worship, the Tabernacle of Moses, the Tabernacle of David, the Temple of Solomon, and Understanding God. After taking several classes preparing me for the prophetic ministry, I have accepted the office gift of a prophetic teacher.

     On May 5, 2014, I was given a word and a charge from God after completing the Spiritual Warfare in Training (S.W.I.T.) classes.  In essence, the word said, As My Unique Son, I have housed in your spirit, by My Spirit, a spirit that is likened unto My Old Testament prophet “Habakkuk” [which] means to “Embrace” ... It signifies an Embracer who embraces God’s people. This is what I’ve called you to do…  The charge I received was based on a vision God showed me years ago to “write My Spiritual Roadmap”. This is for new believers in Christ. As I searched my heart, I was reminded of when God first spoke to me about the need for a school of the prophets. After years of delay, and not knowing how to do this, the vision lay dormant. In addition, God began to deal with my “total man - spirit, soul, and body. Within the last ten years, I completed the A.S.W.I. T. and A.P.I. and finally embraced the call to the prophetic ministry.

      After 18 years, I retired from working in the public school system in May 2021.  Recently, as of February 2024, I resigned from my position as an Elder and a member of the administration staff at Rhema Christian Center. While pursuing additional prophetic training from various apostles and prophets, I finally embraced the prophetic ministry as a teacher and scribe. Thus the creation of an online school of the prophets named The Micaiah Prophetic Institute.
